Ian graduated from Sydney University in 1978 and started his Dee Why dental practice in 1980, determined to deliver professional, modern and affordable dental care to local families.
Now, almost forty years later, the practice enjoys a reputation as Dee Why’s leading family dentist and Ian has looked after literally thousands of local families. He even has cases where four generations of the same family are all patients of the practice.
Dr Joshua Jo

A big focus for Joshua is explaining procedures in language patients understand, and for children especially, making trips to the dentist as much fun as possible. He earned his Bachelor of Dentistry (with honours!) from the University of Sydney before building a variety of experience in general dentistry.
Joshua is passionate about helping people with a broad spectrum of dental needs, his special interest in dental implants and root canal treatment. He emphasises preventive measures and believes that patient education is an important part of improving oral health.
Away from the clinic, Joshua enjoys spending time with his young family, as well as swimming and golfing.
Dr Esther Kim

Dr. Esther Kim grew up in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and moved to the Gold Coast where she completed her Dentistry Degree with an academic Distinction at Griffith University. She comes to our team with valuable experiences with fillings, crowns, extractions and root canal treatments.
Esther’s friendly and approachable nature makes her a favourite with her patients, their children and families. She practices conservative and preventative dentistry ultimately aiming to provide a comfortable dental experience for all her patients.
She prides herself on her thoroughness and ensures that every job is done at the highest quality.
Esther enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and has a particular interest in crown, bridge and braces. She regularly attends continuing professional development courses to provide her patients best possible dental care.
Outside of work, you will find Esther at the beach with her friends and family holding a coffee or at the gym keeping her body and mind fit.
Dr Su Min Lee
Dr Su grew up on the Northern Beaches and graduated from Adelaide University in 2015. Su focuses on making sure every visit is as comfortable and relaxing as possible through her gentle and friendly manner.
She feels passionate about building a good relationship with her patients and believes in the importance of a good smile as a part of general wellbeing. Su especially enjoys providing restorative treatment for all ages , as well as meeting and treating young children and helping them develop a positive dental outlook. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends.
